QC11K Series NC Hydraulic Guillotine Shearing Machine

1. Steel welded construction, vibration to eliminate inner stress. High in rigidity, so the structure is very sturdy and durable for our Shearing Machine.

2. Adopted advanced hydraulic system, the pipe joints of which are very steadiness and reliability for our Shearing Machine.

3. Oil cylinder fitted in series, which can avoid the cutting angle change while shearing the plate for our Shearing Machine.

4. Rolling ball care materials to reduce friction, and protect the sheet not to be scratched for our Shearing Machine.

5. Adjustable shearing angle to reduce sheet distortion for our Shearing Machine.

6. Blades clearance, cutting angle and cutting length are automatically calculated and controlled by CNC for our Shearing Machine.

7. Light alignment device eases drawing line for cutting for our Shearing Machine.

8. CNC System Dellem and Cybelec control system are optional for our Shearing Machine.

9. Ball screw, linear guide way, and servo motor for our Shearing Machine.
